Jerit Abart is honored to announce his role as Producer in the upcoming animated series, Good and Evil. The 13-part series is adapted from the award-winning graphic novel of the same name, and production is currently underway. The graphic novel, billed as the “Ultimate Superhero Comic,” is a chronological retelling of selected portions of the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation. The masterful work is illustrated by former Marvel Comics artist Danny Bulanadi, who has provided artwork for well-known comics such as The Fantastic Four, Incredible Hulk, and Micronauts. Among the awards and honors Good and Evil have received are the Independent Publishers 2009 Bronze Medal Winner in the Graphic Novel/Drama category and Finalist for the 2009 Forward Book Award. It has been translated into dozens of languages and is being distributed globally. The animated adaptation of this incredible graphic novel will be produced in the anime style that is used worldwide, from popular Japanese cartoons to major Hollywood motion pictures. The combination of images and voices will immerse the viewer in the same story that has captivated so many for two millennia. Mr. Abart is honored and proud to bring this high-quality comic book to life in an animated version that will match the original graphic novel in both quality and utility, both as spiritual tool and as an exceptional product of animated art. More information is forthcoming as production continues.
